Registration Click on the Admit One button to the left to download registration and liability waiver forms. You will need one of each form for each child that is participating in the Loveland Sports Camp. A miminum of two weeks full payment is due upon registration. The remaining tuition is due on Monday of each week at the sign in table. Payments: We accept personal checks and cash. A $20 bank charge will be accessed for returned checks due to insufficient funds. Children will be dismissed from the camp if the parent's account is overdue. Schedule Changes: We are willing to change your weeks from the original registration if you call before the beginning of the desired week and space is available. Call the registration number, 970-203-1374, to make any changes to your registration. Missed Days: No days or weeks are prorated even if a child misses a day. Please do not ask us to make up days that your child misses. Two-week Minimum: You may not have a child visit for one day. Please observe our two-week minimum policy. 		Camp Weeks: May 29-June 1* June 4-8; 11-15; 18-22; 25-29 July 2-6*; 9-13; 16-20; 23-27; 30-Aug 3 August 6-10; 13-17 *The May 29-June 1 and July 2-6 week are four-day holiday weeks.		Camp Fees: Our fees are: $125 - Week (full day, 4-5 days per week) $110 - Week (full day, 3 days per week) $115 - Week (Holiday weeks only) $90 - Week - half day either 8:00-12:00 or 12:30-4:30 $80- Week - half day (Holiday weeks only) $5 -- Extended Care (a.m. or p.m. per week; $10 both) Discounts offered: $5 off per week for 4 or more weeks $5 off per week if registered before May 1st
